Hi Niu. Having managed a few high production factories you always make sure that the easiest and first things in the production process are maximised. eg. building an extra evap pond. especially where the sun sometimes don't shine.. Its a no brainer! anyway accept your comment but seem to remember ORE did have a particular cold spell last year and had evap problems.
