When you pay $650k to a managing director where the company makes $1.7 million and the MD is unable to explain why the production falls short of the goal he needs to be fired or go period.
I held my position in ORE for over two years but this quarterly just killed my enthusiasm for the company and its management. In such scientifically challenging operations management is everything and if they are evasive on info on basic issues that's where I will draw the line. In the recent quarterly webcast MD was exactly everything but ready to share info. As a shareholder I'm only concerned about my company fundamentals, management, the environment in which it operates and its operations. It's seemed that the MD was more enthusiastic about discussing politics than operations and that'S a big "NO" for me.
