If it never rained there would be no salar... some years will be wetter, some will be drier. It would be nice to get a dry year again, but it isn't this year...
Previous guidance -  Orocobre expects full year production (FY19) will be higher than that achieved in FY18.
New guidance - Orocobre now expects FY19 production to be approximately the same as that achieved in FY18.

On the positive side
There have not been any material production stoppages, nor disruption to the import of supplies orthe export of finished product.

The only impact mentioned has been the dilution of the brine feedstock. Expect to hear of a decision on crystallisers soon...
Three weeks of cloudy conditions will also have an effect on evaporation rates across the whole pond system, but their recent inventory build should allow them to mitigate this to some extent.
