Posters have been saying this for years. ORE did make hay when the price rose to over $7. Unfortunately those of us who believed the long term story failed to eat the hay while the sun shone. Instead we waited for the rain clouds that now never seem to go away. Meanwhile the hay seems to have disappeared.
