Yes Agreed. However you would not expect them to outlay all of our cash.
Though given we are supposed to be cash flow positive we should have been able to since they have continued saying we are already fully funded for the expansion and now we need a $180m facility.

Anyway guess it depends on terms. i.e if you can make more money with your cash than the interest on the loan then take the money and get it done with someone else's money.

But yeah not excited we need another loan for our fully funded expansion that did not require a $300m CR as it would be paid for by cash flow . LOL.
On face value we have now put in $480mil. A Massive $300mil CR and $180m loan.

that $300mil in the bank must be earning some coin as well
