Can someone please enlighten me about the finance package. I thought that the last capital raising was to pay for stage 2? Now it seems we need shareholder loans, a $180mm 7 year facility etc to pay for a $295mm project, when we have over $300mm in cash and positive cash flow.
Am I missing something? Or, do the management want to keep a massive cash balance?
