@niu . Definitely messes with my head working this stuff out. Sounds our share is roughly around $70m and also have more than enough cash to cover it. Obviously prefer to pay the debt out of operations which is the plan. Saving the cash for expansion is key and not wasting it away on crappy stuff in the meantime or in support of BAU.
I think the key point is that, apart from the fact that the SDJ partners could inject equity and pay down the debt in a heartbeat, SDJ is trucking along nicely and breezing through the debt. Final payment on stage 1 debt in 2024 - not far away, and it is an asset that will produce for many years to come.

Having project debt and Home lone rates is by far an advantage we are privileged with for sure.
Especially by putting it to use making money well beyond the interest rate.
