Did anyone else notice that the stage 2 debt facility has now been agreed at 180m USD - up from the previously indicated 100m USD.
That leaves them well cashed up...
| Stage 2 Project Cost | 295 m USD |
---|
1 | Debt facility | 180 m USD |
---|
2 | Equity required | 115 m USD |
---|
3 | ORE share of equity | 86 m USD |
---|
4 | ORE already contributed | 21 m USD |
---|
5 | ORE balance to contribute | 65 m USD |
---|
6 | ORE Dec 31 cash | 284 m USD |
---|
7 | Remaining cash | 219 m USD |
---|
Naraha was going to need around 6m USD from ORE
That leaves a lot of cash available for Cauchari or Stage3.
AAL website indicates the Cauchari feasibility study being delivered in the next quarter for a 401m USD 20ktpa. Subject to permits, funding, and off take arrangements, it could be under construction before the first carbonate is coming off the Stage 2 line.
It is going to be a very busy couple of years.
