    Can someone please explain to me if these projects are so FANTASTIC!!!, why couldn't they have done this raising at 5.5 cents or even more??

    Someone please help me out - they are saying they are the next SIR and they have just discount the shares down by 40%.

    Someone, anyone who can explain this.
