re: Ann: ORIGIN ENERGY LIMITED PEL 514 GAS FA... Anatol your comments in HC are highly regarded by me & your provision of 3 x tables was excellent. I agree that it would have been much better for PGS to have made their involvement in deal clearer ie where's the detail.
But, as the minnow I would assume that PGS is awaiting to finalize it's agreement with ORG.
As I see it SXY gave up 40% (deeps to ORG over 2 stages)for a total of $64M in free-carry, so it would be fair to assume ORG would accept 10% from PGS for $16M (ie 16/64 = 25% = 10/40)
No reason why ORG would not want 50% of the action....I clearly understand your sentiment towards the lack of detail with PGS stake in deeps.
I suppose those that don't want to take a dilution risk, should wait until full details relating to PGS participation funding provision are made clear....I'm happy with my assumption & happy to be on the bid @ 2.2c GLTA
