NST haven't bought 19.2% of EAR to sit on it for a couple of years. EAR offers a mill which won't take much time and capex to get into production and has some very decent high grade gold deposits which NST would be keen on.
Orelia deposit is textbook up NST's ally. Drill under an old open pit, find high grade gold extentions, keep drilling deeper to expand. Mine for years to come on lower than industry ASIC.
A T/O will eventually come to EAR and I imagine it would be mixture of cash and NST shares. T/O price would be a premium to the weighted average price from preceeding X days. NST would not be complaining about a lower EAR shareprice now that it has locked in over 19% of the company.
