I agree with you, however there are technical factors at play with the latest pull back. It is a rare situation that a stock stays in overbought territory for long. It needs a pause to refresh and settle the RSI back to 50 before it takes another run.
That is why it ran counter to the drill results. Too far too fast.
Of course if NST announce the obvious, technical becomes irrelevant, but I bet they are closing out their 19.9% on dips as we chat .
This is a small turnover stock so accumulation for a material value is painstaking and they have been skillful and patient. Keep in mind they don't need to announce what they are doing with the last fraction of a % to 19.9% as it is less than 1% move in their holding.
The next announcement is the bid which you can guarantee is being negotiated with the EAR board right now.
Boards do not passively watch their register invaded without initiating the conversation.
I think this is the place to be for now.
