Although you have to take into account Ibaera capital will be issued with at the very least 42.5% of new equity at some point this year which isn't currently factored into the MC.
AZM IMO is a leveraged play on the USD gold price, if we see a $1400 plus gold price, AZM will move, I am 100% sure of this.
The NPV analysis is very sensitive to moves in the USD gold price.
