Thank you @Broken chair. One critisim I'll give myself is that the estimated margin considers the other interest's share (the 34%) as an expense. The 7% to the lawyers is definitely an ongoing expense, the rest I'm not certain.

I have a fundamental rule not to invest in PNG and Indonesia. Everyone gets burnt there. Especially in PNG, they have huge social issues. Mainly a tribal culture at the centre of which is a system of pay-back that perpetuates violence.

I won't go on about it however I expect the deeper they get into that region the more pain it will cause.

I'm however leaning towards dipping my toe in the water tomorrow. My only hesitation is the attention this stock will require and subsequently, my time.
