I reviewed the recent Austocks research report and it may offer an explaination to the big volumes today.

On page 9 it said that they expected KSK - largest shareholder to dilute over time especially as they did not participate in the recent raising. Furthermore they expected them to exit with any share price appreciation. KSK = Geoinformatics the company CLY was spun off from.

I am guessing they must need the cash.
