Come on people, Read the bloody announcement. Did they say they were selling out or dropping the Opuwo project? Then what is this BS about "not having a project"? Stop adding salt and vinegar to the damn announcement.
And before you fly off the handle and start blaming BB for walking out, is it so hard to believe that his stepping down, forgoing his high MD pay, was not truly for the purpose of preserving the cash position of the company? The cobalt price was in the doldrums, the man can't perform miracles and make it go up... why is it so hard to believe that this move was done solely to preserve the position of the company?
About Mr. Raskin. All I can say is he made a bet on the price of Co and decided for himself that it was a bad bet. I personally think pulling out now was a bad move from him because I have faith in my own analysis about Co price. See my previous post about China Moly's increased stake in Cobalt resources announced in Jan 2019 and how it will effect the price of Cobalt. Ok, if you are too worn out by all this to check it out, I said that the last time China Moly bought into Cobalt, the price almost immediately went on a bull run. I firmly believe the same pattern will happen again. I posted that a week or 2 ago, days before the current up-trend in the Co price. I do not know what is the reasoning for this correlation, it is simply what I am observing. So far it is unfolding exactly as I imagined it would.
Look, the fact of the matter is this. All those past drill results, JORC, even the bloody SS, did not happen in your dreams. They really happened. We have a project, it is called the Opuwo Cobalt Project, we have very very respectable drill results, our current JORC is very very respectable, the SS was regrettable but was probably adversely affected by the Co price that was already trending down at the time. The only thing holding this thing back is the Co price and the people at the helm of this company know it and appreciate its significance. Let them do what's best for the company!
We as shareholders need to stand united now because if we fall apart, that will be the end of this company and all the value that we have put into it! Call me a bag-holder all you like, this is what I will do. Just watch me do it!
