I think the assumptions were ok. 64% recovery seems about right from information we have been given.
Therefore his output seems reasonable in terms of metals produced. In terms of cashflow the main question would be payability but PG did mention that in his post and say to adjust for that as suits the reader.
As for cost per tonne. Who knows. If they can't produce for $50k/t that PG said to be conservative they will find it hard to ever get this project off the ground as funding will be a struggle.
