If if the company really took everyone for a ride and they never had anything unless cobalt prices held at 75-95k for viability surely what they’ve done in the last 6 months with delays and reasons for lack info on all things promised has to be illegal.
Espceiclaly if if the goal was to help all the inside guys get out before the end.
i also heard that 9/11 was an inside job and some people knew the attack was coming before it happened
