The historical price of cobalt is certainly very interesting. Have a look at the chat going back to 2005. Starts at around 15 USD/lb which is about where it is now. There are two big booms. One before/around the time of the GFC and once more recently which has just ended. They don't last very long as supply knocks it back down. The question is can the EV revolution lift it up to a higher level for longer?
