Another point I would make although focus is on cobalt there is strong interest at the big end of town for copper, and not just so called tier one stuff.

RIO has just farmed into an absolute dog of a copper silver deposit with VAL. A deposit that was too complex for VAL managment (rode it all the way down till cash was gone unlike CLA fwiw...) but good exploration upside. Weirdly if metallurgy is bad the best thing to do is find a lot more of it. 100M tonnes of crap really is better than 10M tonnes. 

If deeper pockets believe there is a lot more tonnes under the CLA leases then this could also be strategy and possible get out of jail card. CLA then goes and finds something else to do letting the JV sort out Opuwo.
