I personally think the project is dead due to current issues with extracting the Cobalt from the rock ,I think regardless of if this issue is resolved ,the mining processing costs would make the project uneconomical ,unless there is a huge increase in the Cobalt price.
It would be better for management to sell the Opuwo project to someone who thinks they can make it work.
