You can't afford to solidify your paper loses? Capital preservation should be your number one priority, through sensible and disciplined stop losses. It's true that sometimes you are stopped out of a big bounce and miss out on some good returns, however in my experience shares prices fall more often than go up, especially in the penny stocks. I was one of the lucky ones that bought in early, 600,000 shares at 2.8 cents a few years ago, rode it upto the low 20's, tightened my stop loss and was stopped out at 19 cents 400,000 of them sold. I keep 200,000 of them because I believed the story, probably a mistake but hopefully I can offload the rest on Monday for break even. Each to their own when it comes to trading the markets, I personally never invest without a plan and a definite conditional sell order (stop loss). Good luck to everyone when it reopens.
