cobalt looks to be making a move - we had drill results imminent - updated resource - SS update - they could of pulled up easy on spending without this dump of an announcement - even at this price an a SS saying we need much higher price could hardly do any worse than wants going to happen - I think management imploded and threw up there hands - I know it’s on me for my trades but dame - I feel sick : /
