It looks like announcements from OIL are the responsibility of the entity (and not a particular person). This is in line with ASX requirements:
"The legal responsibility for an announcement published on MAP rests squarely with the person or entity submitting the announcement for publication." Item 17 of Guidance Note 14
However it is good practice to have the name of a person and contact number for media (and maybe even for shareholders).
