Projections - in a legal sense these are not capable of being verified in a prospectus and therefore must not be included making today's prospectuses pretty benign documents providing investors with little to go on. As far as the appt of GM, probably hadn't been formalised at the time. They have released the projections imho in this announcement to add to the prospectus value.
