gmutton, I think you can rest easy, I am extremely confident the directors and management are not primarily motivated by a sense of compassion and care towards the shareholders. By which I mean I doubt they took on the job of resurrecting the company as a favour to all of us. Doubtless they have their own reasons but I would suggest they are more to do with them seeing an opportunity to pursue success, mainly for themselves.

If they give up because of some negative posts on hotcopper then they are remarkably thin skinned.

speaking of thin skinned; I have noticed that on hotcopper there is a trend, on many different threads, that people who are bullish seem to get very annoyed with people who express bearish sentiment or publish bearish analysis or bearish information. Mont has expressed some pretty relevant analysis about the cash burn of the company. Surely this is ok? Or is hotcopper only for those who have something nice to say about a company?

If I want to post a negative sentiment or someone else wants to post negative analysis or someone just wants to let off steam after losing money in this "so far" disappointing investment then that is ok isn't it? some would say that is one of the purposes of the forum. If the directors don't want to read the 'crap' then they don't have to.
