Because I sold our between $1 and $2 and what I have seen for almost two decades is a top heavy small time company that never made a cent. A total disgrace for those poor shareholders that remained.

Want to resurrect OIL. Pay less, run lean and pay performance shares. I would dare say that outside actual selling and tidying up development , every job at OIL is a part time job at best. They actually make, sell or do anything yet. If they need any more than that head they don't have enough money anyway,

CEO, General Manager, Financial Director, Management Accountant, still a few other clerical staff mentioned by Mont. Tell me what a financial director and management accountant do in a company with about zero transactions. Count the petty cash?
The only one that really counts is the one that will make the deals, assuming they do,

Sorry but too many excuses for ASX companies these days. In the real world they would probably have been in liquidation 10 times over. But no, just ask shareholders for more money. Commitment for a small company like OIL means performance shares and cut to the bone. Good luck with that one...
