It simply means that GPH are locking in the cash by the underwriting agreement.Hartley's aren't in the business of losing money.They will get behind GPH as the expiry date gets closer. ..... in a big way .Then we will see GPH run up to 15c to 20c IMO . I am happy to be buying at current levels and expect a good return over a 3 month period.
