Dilution and money or no dilution and no money then possibly leading to a CR for money even if at a higher SP and there is no way of knowing where the SP will be when more cash is required. Is it better to lock in the money or take a punt on an unknown like where the Sp will be in 3 months time.
Its a choose your poison scenario.
