I think your focusing on the wrong thing, the dilution is already factored in this in not an out of the blue $6mill raise, anyone who was valuing the company was already factoring in options, anyone who wasn't isn't on the ball.
It looks like at this point hartleys will be taking 95% of the options, that being the case why would you say 70Mill shares on sale in short order??
You have to realize almost everyone who has options got them from a raise done by hartleys, anyone who bought them paid more than they are worth right now, I would actually say reality is the opposite of what your predicting right now, this is a best case scenario, if the share price was 14 cents and everyone was buying up options and converting I would agree with you, but it's simply not the case.
Do you really think hartleys are putting in $5mill and then trying to immediately sell them? consider the low volume on GPH do you really think their plan is to grind them through at 8.5?? You think they built their reputation on making moves like that?
You mustn't be familiar with hartleys, thats not their game they consistently buy big then go into the market and buy up all supply creating momentum for stocks before they even dream of starting to sell.
BTW $18mill cap is cheap SO4 still up around $70mill I believe and they aren't that much bigger than us and they aren't that far ahead of us anymore either, what GPH need is money to fast track which is exactly what is coming.
