I think there are a couple of differences between the two.

#1 CZR are already an exploration company and have an existing project that could easily? be resurrected (if viable). Until today, SFP were a relatively unknown shell with a syringe business that may, or may not, be saleable.

#2 CZR shares are VERY tightly held.

I have no doubt that SFP will get up, and that todays ann. is a great indication that the company is changing its direction/focus.

SFP have until end of July to make a decision on the Three Rivers Tenements ... a lot can happen between now and then.

Now that the direction of the company is more clear, the 'smarties' will read between the lines and clammer aboard.
