re: Ann: CHN: Option to Acquire Dragon Mining... I also agree that a binding agreement would have been much more preferable. It could have been that the announcement read "subject to CHN raising funds..." however that could have been a whole other can of worms for chn and the deal still would have been subject to that occurring. Which is basically the same point people are making now. We know that chn currently don't have the cash. However, they really want the whole project. I think that this is a gentleman's agreement with plusses on both sides. Good monetary value/deal for dra, and a good timeline deal for chn. IMO
