Considering the low amount being paid for the option would they not have offered the tenement to SIR first, one can only speculate SIR was not interested.
Surely the people releasing this tenement would have done some field work and other surveys for other metals due to the proximity to other deposits.
Name change usually means old shareholders wont fund them anymore so new blood required. This tenement announcement sounds like its playing the piped piper give me your money tune. Considering their low cash level of around 400K and the amount of projects they have a serious level of cash raise is coming soon.
