So we have effectively acquired an option to become a substantial holder >73% of an established mine site which has proven to be enormously profitable, with significant upside potential in gold and copper at a time when prices are depressed. By the time this goes into production prices will have significantly risen and we will be laughing.

There is not much not to love about this.
