Just wanted to make something clear for any of you yet to convert...

I am overseas so obviously not able to receive my options notice in the mail with a personal CRN#.
Samantha from avl gave me the instruction that you can use your HIN/SRN number for your reference in BPAY....
this for me was NOT the case. (westpac) did not identify my HIN number as a reference.

If you are using BPAY to convert options and do not have your CRN number:

Log onto the Automic website by registering using your HIN number and area code.

Once registered and logged in..
go then to 'Portfolio' then under 'documents and statements' you will see the 'notice of exercise of options' file:
This has your personal CRN number in which you use with BPAY as your reference to identify your holdings.

just wanted to put it out there in case any are aiming at a last minute conversion, it could get very stressful if you have any hurdles while converting around the public holidays..
