Wrong.
1. It is dependent upon when they process. You could get lucky and your money/application clears the day before they process a new batch. I have had oppies converted in a couple of days.
2. AVL is continually processing. No doubt there will be another 3B soon. 2 weeks since the last.
3. Besides, if your funds cleared just before 31/12 cut-off, then 15 working days is longer than 15/1. So if you want to create some liquidity fear, at least get the details right.
