Depends what you consider to be a low-ball offer Yoda?? I expect Teck to make a bid at some stage.....but I don't think management or the major shareholders will give the company away. The announcement regarding the Agreement with BRL had a clause that should an exceptional offer be made then both parties can decide to sell.
What price would you accept Yoda??
- Bathurst and Jameson each have first right of refusal should either party elect to sell its NWP interest to a third party. Further, should an exceptional offer for Crown Mountain emerge at any time, the parties may, by mutual consent, agree to pursue such an offer.
