If you recall prior to the last raise, the SP was pumped ~20% from 0.30c to 0.36c on no news, and then they announced the snap CR that a few posters on here had already predicted. Post CR, the SP slowly eroded. I've seen this pattern countless times in other spec stocks, and the only thing that breaks the pattern is extraordinarily good news from left field. My point being, don't discount the effect of a good pump prior to a CR.
Some posters on here will tell you that when Oposura is developed the tide will turn. This may eventuate if they can prevent dilution to existing holders, otherwise, the SP will continue to languish under an increasingly large registry. See AVB as an example; went from explorer to small producer and the SP did nothing for years until a takeover. This was in part due to a lot of dilution and investors not caring much about small producers in my opinion.
