The company really needs to demonstrate economics of Oposura prior to the next raise. If further drilling fails to impress this raise will need to occur at a big discount to the current shareprice
Think about it, if concerns about Oposura viability have not been resolved, and Alacran is years away, how will Tony pitch the raise to market when he passes around the hat again later this year?
If the company limps to October-November with a price of 15c, and grave questions about feasibility of Oposura remain in the minds of investors, what terms will he need to offer to buy the next allotment of new shares - 11c? 12c?
From the perspective of current shareholders Alacran has almost receded into the background as a value driver. The company has sunk millions into this little plot of land. Everything depends on Oposura.
