I can only speculate the reason the German SH has ceased buying is due to the subdued market response to the resource estimate. They may have thought that prior to the announcement they could accumulate and sell in to a spike on the news. Given the outcome, they may now be accepting it's going to take a lot more to convince the market of the company's goals.

As a SH, I would be hoping the company puts the development in to top gear to show the market they're serious and provide steady and consistent news flow. Nothing destroys value like silence or time wasting from a management.
