River what call option? OXX have never mentioned any such option. You are not confusing standard contract clauses terms re force majeure when frustration arises e. g. collapse of oil prices. Petronas have allowed other RSCs to mutually conclude when problems have arisen. No problem here. Neither party wants out. It's all go go go. Modern seismic and horizonal drilling may produce better than expected results.
