If we take the $4.6m run rate from the announcement divided by say 350,000 users we get an ARPU per month of $1.095 - quite a bit higher than the $0.92 from September or about 19% higher.
I don't have an ARPU estimate myself, as this will change depending on the market's reaction / response / take-up etc. But its clearly moving higher recently.
Next quarters will be telling. If the transition in user numbers goes well and ARPU holds or continues to rise, revenue will react positively. Let's see if there's further sector consolidation as well.
