Good to see some stabilisation for those who continued to hold.

My only reservations are:

- paid users are at 350k as of end of December. They had hoped to have achieve that by end of November.

- They are steadily losing paid users from their larger website backup customer who is now providing their own internal backup offering.

So you have a situation where each new customer gained is replacing one that is being lost. Tredding water. The positive though is that the ARPU they achieve from new email paid users is much greater than that achieved from a website paid user.

So 1 new email customer may cover the loss of 4 to 5 website customers, for example. Just depends how many website paid users there are to be lost. It is their largest website backup customer after all that is purging.

Good luck to everyone still in this. Good to see some SP recovery. I just think it will be slow going growth wise from here. At least until they stop losing these website backup customers.
