Cruiser I would say my opinion is more based on sailing the West Australian Coast over the last 20 years and working in the North West Australian Oil and Gas and Mining Industry for the last 45years ! As far as anyone sailing that part of the coast you head south in September and North at the start of April.Maybe you get the odd cyclone of the coast and they disappear into the Indian Ocean in April but it is extremely rare to be affected on land in April. Quang didn't come anywhere near Ungani and disappeared into the Indian Ocean and like I said there is no reason why Bru cannot start drilling early April Cyclones are no threat to them in April as we shall see in April.
