Any PPA signed will require them to connect to the grid in order to deliver the power. The 100MW will require a PPA with BPC so they can connect to the grid. And since the 100MW is a CBM pilot project, I honestly do not get why posters think a PPA can or will be signed before one under the 100MW RFP award. Just makes no sense.
