 If WINX fails to produce the goods then the market view of 88E's capabilities will take another big hit, leaving FO negotiations in a much weaker position. I believe DW and 88E already in the advanced stages of FO negotiations taking into consideration the 3D seismic results along with what has been discussed and announced since IW2 failure to produce. The market is waiting for an announcement on Farm Out so lets not delay, get a positive Ann out there then concentrate on WINX.
