shelt89, with the permit to drill not confirmed until January 2019 and Tundra access not available until at least late Jan/early Feb the money goes into tinsel, decorations and presents.
It's all good. It's in place.
The only down side is a Mr Bandy curve ball = CR. As Ron alluded, quick turnaround on this. Bandy normally operates with plenty intact, to maintain his reputation he'll want the same.
