you know its funny this reminds me of what happened during IW#1 when he dropped the stupid announcement about mud in the samples even though it turned out to be a contaminated. no doubt this is not the amazing news we wanted but weak to moderate is still better then nothing. 

cant wait to see if this turns in to anything or not just have to see how the tests go.  i also think that this section was ignored all together

that doesn't say outside the range just lower end. even if we dont get the huge dump of oil flowing, with current POO looking good in the long run having some cash flow could be nice even if it doesn't gush.
