Where will they look for further funding? I'm not sure the market would support it. The company is already top heavy. I wonder whether Merdeka will structure a buy in. SUM survives but loses some of the profits. (when it comes). SUM could see this coming for 1-2 months(surely) and for this to be set up requiring another two months sounds like the funding is not going to be a straight cash injection. They need to find and prove more reserves to increase the potential value and maybe this is why the extra time is required. Any thoughts anyone? Is this company just badly managed or inexperienced thereby encountering lots of potholes and setbacks?
