And the update is - SUM Indo mine is on the market for waaaay less than the money owed.
It's as good as dead for shareholders in its present state, but may re-emerge as a shell when and if the current form is wrapped up. If they go completely down the gurgler, I'm advised the monetary value of our holdings becomes a Capital Loss - able to be applied against Capital Gains which may occur if other stocks are successfully traded
